Friendly staff, clean and good food.

We had to ask several times to replanish tea/sugar etc, hand towels, bath mat.

Location was good ,easy to find easy to park.Restaurant food was very good, breakfast just okay , staff helpful. Rooms clean,

Noise at night, smell of fish, common areas not so clean, toilets needed deep clean and bit of repair

Only 1 night stay. Good location, worked well for us. Good breakfast.

Big rooms by the beach

Customer service in the restaurant was worst I’ve ever seen. Had to repeat orders multiple times, took over an hour to bring chips out!

We found the room very old it can do with lots of update Initially when we entered the room it had strong smell of chemical it was very difficult to sleep with the smell. The rooms should be air circulated before the guests arrive

The location

The rooms are not as per the photos on the website. They are dirty and the towels were not clean. Also, the beds were uncomfortable and the duvet and mattress was dirty. The photos on your website mis- sold the property.

As my mum was not able to make it so I wanted to cancel the room and they were not able to cancel single room. So I was bit disappointed ?

Food and scenery

I liked the location and the staff were very friendly

There were not many options to choose food from the menu.When I used the shower it gets flooded.

Cleanliness and location with sea view

Clean and spacious room. We had the Suite which was well equipped for a luxurious stay.

Very poor

Geysers were not working properly, No lighting in lounge area at 5 am, I fell while climbing down the stairs, was lucky enough to not hurt myself. Doorman was asleep at that time. Not a good value for money place. .

Great location by the sea front. Very good food, breakfast and dinner. Staff were very helpful.

The hotel is very old and need urgent updates. The water was not working and housekeeping was very poor

I've stayed here several times and my experience has always been excellent. I was surprised at the rating of 6.3 as there is really nothing I can fault about this place - in fact, it exceeded my expectations given the rating. The staff were always smiling, polite and willing to help with anything. Where there might have been an issue (and by issue I'm clutching at straws here - things like the breakfast buffet being warm, not piping hot) they were quick to fix it and were incredibly accomodating at breakfast cooking fresh and separate items if you wished for that.I was also with my 3 yr old son and they ensured he had a fun and memorable stay. The rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms) were very clean - spotless in fact.Location wise the hotel is right on the beach and if you have a room with a sea view, it's very peaceful waking up and going to bed to the view of the ocean. It also felt very safe in the area. In summary, I would not hesitate to visit this lovely hotel again!

Location and well maintained

In the resturant the bench seats were little too low.In the room needed instructions about starting the TV,

Cleanliness, location and food. All three were great.

Service and bathroom. The service was very slow and had to be asked a few times to get the request done.The tap in the shower was very tight in both the rooms we had. Making it very hard to control the temperature and flow of the water.

Whilst the kathiyawadi food was fantastic, the chinese part of the menu was not up to mark
